Who operates Cristian Pure?

Cristian Jonathan Duarte operates this shop from Norwalk, CA. We sell shirts and knits, pants and shorts, jackets and outerwear for adult men. This is not a combined men’s and women’s department store, and it is not a kids’ shop.

What is in stock?

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. U.S. street addresses only. Non-U.S. checkouts are cancelled and refunded. See the Shipping Policy.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. There is no order minimum. Checkout shows a $0 shipping line. The same rule is on the Shipping Policy and the homepage.

How long until it arrives?

We usually pack in 1–2 business days after payment clears, then carriers take about 3–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer.

How do I pay?

Checkout uses a credit card form. The parcel ships after the card payment is confirmed.

How should I pick a size for a waterproof jacket?

Use the Size Guide (chest, waist, and inseam) and the sizes on the product page. Email [email protected] with your usual men’s size and whether you want a closer or easier fit. We cannot guarantee fit from a message alone.

How do returns work?

Ask for an RMA within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items: unworn shirts with original tags, pants with no hem alteration, and jackets without stains or broken zippers. Do not mail anything without an RMA. Full rules: Return & Refund Policy.

Can I exchange a size?

Return the first piece, then order the size you want if it is still listed. We do not hold a second size on the same ticket.

The parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Photograph the box and the defect within 7 days and write [email protected] with the order number. We replace the piece if it is in stock, or we refund it.
